Tech giant Apple has reported record revenues from its services business, including payments and iCloud, and is committed to moving into generative AI. “We set a record service segment revenue of $23.9 billion, an increase of 14% year over year,” CEO Tim Cook said on May 2 at the company’s second earnings conference.
