4a. Measure and mark the center of the top front dowel. Then mark half the length.
Central support pieces on either side of the first mark.
4b. Align the middle support with the mark through the dowel and secure using wood screws and a drill/driver. Most, but not all, parts will be fixed in this way.
4c. Measure and draw a center line along the length of the handlebar dowel (side part).
4d. Secure the Ang 2 connector (L) and Ang 3 connector (L) to each end of the handlebar. Place both stress reliefs in the center of the line, with the letters facing the right side (Figure G).
4e. Secure the leg dowel to the Ang 2 connector (L).
4f. Slide the two Ang side supports (O) into the leg dowels. Make sure the stress relief is facing right and the (O) symbol is at the top (Figure H).
4g. Secure the second leg dowel to the end Ang 3 connector (L) with the stress relief facing the same direction.
4 hours. Slide one Ang side support (□) into the leg dowel with the stress relief facing right and the (□) symbol on top. Next, slide in the Ang Mid Support (L) (Figure I).
4i. Repeat steps 4c-4h for the right side. Use the (□) part where the (O) part was used. Insert (but do not secure) the last connection of the Ang 3 connector into each end of the top front dowel. The overall frame of the walker is now constructed (Figure J).
4j. Secure both angled front dowels to the middle support and place the walker upside down on a flat surface with the top front dowel side touching the ground.
4k. Slide one of the Ang Mid Supports onto the other end of the angled front dowel. Be careful when doing this, as the fit will be tight, and make sure the dowel is fully seated in the connector (Figure K). Once installed, secure it.
4 liters. Repeat step 4k for the remaining side.
4 meters. Secure the Ang 3 connector to the top front dowel.
4n. Place the walker with its right side up. Fix the bottom side support dowel to the fixed unmid support part.
4o. Unsecure the Ang 2 connector to create more space and gently move the corresponding Ang side support into the dowel (Figure L). Please be careful not to force the installation as parts may be damaged. Once fully in place, all parts on that side can be secured.
4p. Lower the top Ang side connector 150mm from the top. Insert the topside support into one of the connectors (Figure M). Align both connectors parallel and slowly move them toward the top of the walker until the top dowel begins to fit into the other connector. Continue moving gradually until the dowel is fully inserted. Secure with screws.
4q. Repeat steps 4o-4p on the other side.
4r. Secure all four legs to the ends of the leg dowels (Illustration N).
4 seconds. Let’s walk!
