Mercure Kooddoo Resort offers a unique gastronomic experience that combines the rich flavours of a gourmet burger with the refined aromas of fine wine.
Starting July 7, 2024, the Gourmet Burger and Wine Pairing Event will take place every Sunday and take guests on an interactive and fun-filled culinary journey.
Immerse yourself in a gourmet burger world at three specially crafted stations. Savor a juicy beef slider, flavorful chicken slider or our chef’s signature vegetarian option. Guests can customize their burger with a variety of fresh toppings and housemade sauces to create the perfect bite. Each burger station is carefully paired with a wine to complement its unique flavor. A trained team member will guide guests through each wine pairing and share insight on why each wine enhances the taste of the burger.
No culinary experience is complete without a sweet treat, and the dessert station offers mini desserts paired with dessert wines for the perfect conclusion to this gourmet adventure.
Guests will also have the opportunity to taste a special cheese sauce, a secret recipe that pairs perfectly with the gourmet burger.
It is available every Sunday at SGD25++ per person for all-inclusive and half-board guests and SGD55++ per person for bed & breakfast guests.
