Airwallex, a global financial platform, reported significant growth in 2024.
The company’s annual trading volume rose to US$130 billion just three months from US$100 billion in August, exceeding US$500 million.

Airwallex currently serves more than 150,000 businesses, up 50% from the previous year.
The company continues to expand its global footprint with approvals in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada, mainland China, Malaysia, Mexico and Brazil.

After its Australian debut, Airwallex yields have expanded to Hong Kong, with more rollouts planned.

Since the first quarter of 2024, Airwallex’s quarterly gross profit growth has accelerated from 40% to 78% year-over-year, with corporate cards and payments currently accounting for more than 50% of gross commercial profit .
Looking forward to 2025, Airwallex expects American businesses to scale more than double, but EMEA continues its current growth trajectory.
