NORTHBROOK, Ill., Sept. 13, 2024 – Allstate has declared dividends totaling approximately $29.3 million on its Series 3 preferred stock for the dividend period from July 15, 2024 through October 14, 2024. All preferred dividends will be payable in cash on October 15, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2024. The payments are as follows:
