We make sprayers light and agile so farmers can get them to their fields when they need them.
These are some of the keys to the success of the Massey Ferguson 500R series sprayers, which will be introduced to farms for the first time in 2023, says Massey Ferguson product specialist Heath Koenemund.
In this report: commodity classic In Houston, Texas, Mr. Kenemund and Bernard Tobin of Real Agriculture confirmed the performance grades the new sprayers are receiving from growers and the series’ two new models: the 740-gallon, 212-horsepower MF 525R and 860. Let’s discuss some of the important features available. gallon, 235 horsepower MF 530R.
Koenemund points out that the flexible modified carbon steel chassis provides agility and traction even in the most difficult field conditions. “We want our operators to feel comfortable on site. We know this is their office, and if they’re uncomfortable, they don’t want to go in there. ” he says. “Its flexible frame allows for up to 24 inches of travel in the field, whether you’re riding on terraces, flats, or waterways. Its frame flexes under the operator, keeping the operator comfortable and “Stabilize the machine.” And boom, it’s on point all the way. ”
The sprayer is also equipped with an advanced chemical distribution system. Koenemund says his standard LiquidLogic system can be primed in 50 seconds, which reduces wasted chemicals and production costs and improves sustainability. With this closed-loop system, you don’t have to spray product on the ground and waste precious money and chemicals priming it before going out into the field. I’m ready and ready to go.”
