This new mobile banking platform, PVConnect, powered by Temenos Digital, aims to improve the banking experience for over 1 million customers.
The agility of the Temenos platform allows PVcomBank to continuously innovate using low-code/no-code tools and introduce new features on a regular basis.
Key features of PVConnect include electronic ID account opening, phone number-based account management, personal savings products, bill payments, QR code transfers, and home screen widgets for quick access to account information and transactions .
Customers can also earn points through transactions and redeem them for electronic coupons, monetary gifts, or charitable donations.
PVcomBank, which has been using Temenos Core for over 10 years, combined its on-premises data center and cloud to consolidate front-office and back-office functions into a single platform.
This integration improves operational efficiency, streamlines processes with increased automation, and provides a seamless customer experience.
PVConnect is developed on a cloud-native architecture that ensures a superior user experience with average response times of less than 100 milliseconds and 40% increased operational efficiency.
The bank releases new features every two weeks to help it stay competitive and respond to market demands.
Since the launch of PVConnect, PVcomBank reported a significant increase in customer onboarding and deposits.
