After 1 year using the solutionan $800 million bank based in Tyler, Texas, operated more than 15 automated workflows at the end of 2023, Vice President of IT Operations keith leonhart Said Bank automation news.
Leonhardt said the bank now has three team members dedicated to creating workflows, up from one last year. As more workflows are created, more workflow ideas seem to emerge, he said.
He said his internal team is currently working on the question of “can we build a workflow for that?” One of the workflows the bank has created is automatic suspension of payments.
When considering workflow ideas, Southside also uses Jack Henry’s JHA Marketplace, a collaboration center for technology providers, to see what workflows other Jack Henry clients are creating and sharing. He said he was checking.
Leonhart said the bank continues to use Jack Henry’s solutions to implement workflow automation, and sharing ideas with other Jack Henry customers is “a huge step forward for us.” Ta.
