The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) has revoked the grain distributor and primary elevator license of Holland, Manitoba-based Zegers Seed Co.
The company, which also operates as Zeghers Canada, is not licensed as of March 25 because it does not meet the requirements of CGC’s Producer Payments Security Program.
If a producer has been paid by a company for grain delivered, they are asked to contact CGC immediately. Business conducted with Zeghers after March 25 will not be eligible for CGC’s Producer Payments Security Program.
