master card and sales force announced new integrations aimed at strengthening its trade dispute process.
The partnership aims to provide consumers with a safer and more efficient shopping experience by streamlining transaction dispute resolution and reducing associated costs.
New integration with Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud (FSC) master Card”Dispute resolution services such as Ethoca Alerts and Ethoca Consumer Clarity.
This collaboration enables a more efficient and transparent dispute management process, providing financial institutions with real-time notifications and detailed transaction insights.
Incorporating these services into FSC provides bank agents and team members with a comprehensive view of disputes from start to finish, ultimately improving the customer experience.
Transaction disputes and chargebacks, where consumers request refunds for unrecognized transactions, are a major challenge for the payments industry.
Estimates suggest that 337 million chargebacks could occur annually by 2026, a 42% increase from 2023 levels.
This integration will be available immediately to Salesforce FSC customers.

Through this partnership, we are adding tools that make it easier and faster for banks and merchants to resolve disputes, giving them more confidence in the payment methods they choose. ”
said Eran Agrios, senior vice president and general manager of financial services at Salesforce.
