Kuramathi Maldives has appointed Haamim Ali as its new Executive Assistant Manager. A seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Haamim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Hamim’s path to becoming a hospitality leader is unique. He started his career in web development but switched to the hotel industry in 2004 and joined Adaaran Fushi as a receptionist. His passion and dedication were immediately contagious and led to a series of promotions.
Hamim joined Kuramathi Maldives as Head Receptionist in 2006. Due to his outstanding performance and leadership skills, he was promoted to Front Office Supervisor and then Duty Manager. This period at Kuramathi Maldives marked a turning point in his career.
Hamim’s career took a new turn when he joined Maafushivaru Maldives as Assistant Resort Manager. He served as project manager for the resort’s major renovation and played a central role in the transformation. After the pre-opening phase, he made a smooth transition to the position of resident manager of his newly launched LTI Maafushivaru. After its successful reopening, he continued to make significant contributions to the resort’s operations.
Mr. Hamim’s return to Kuramati Maldives as Executive Assistant Manager is a testament to his deep understanding of the resort and proven leadership. The resort looks forward to his experience furthering its operational excellence.
