From his humble career in various departments at Veligandu to the pivotal role of Director of Sales & Marketing at Crown & Champa Resorts, Shaheen has always demonstrated the ability to overcome challenges and lead his teams to success.
During the turbulent times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Shaheen demonstrated leadership by skillfully leading his team through market volatility and uncertainty. His strategic vision, coupled with his ability to inspire and motivate people, played a pivotal role in maintaining the highest levels of occupancy and revenue levels despite adversity.

With a Bachelor of Hotel Studies from the National University of Maldives and Taylor’s University, Malaysia, Ahmed’s pursuit of excellence led him to enroll in the General Manager Programme at Cornell University, USA in 2024 to further hone his skills and knowledge.
