Mumbai, Maharashtra – June 5, 2024 – Aerem Solutions, a leading end-to-end solar power solutions provider and parent company of NetZero Finance Private Limited, India’s only RBI-authorized solar focused NBFC, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited (PLSIND), a leading player in the distributed solar power space. Through this strategic collaboration, Panasonic aims to sell over 500 Cr solar power products by facilitating financial support to homeowners and C&I customers.
The MOU outlines a framework under which Aerem Solutions, through its financing arm, NetZero Finance, will offer customized financing facilities to Panasonic solar customers, accelerating the adoption of Panasonic solar solutions across India. The collaboration underscores the commitment of both companies to contribute to a sustainable future by making solar power more accessible and affordable.
