Teckers have announced that the Teckers Resort Cup is set to take place on 15 July 2024 at CROSSROADS Maldives.
The total prize pool is US$7,500 with the winner of the Tekkers Resort Cup receiving a huge prize of US$5,000 and the runner-up receiving a huge prize of US$2,500.
The tournament will be held across eight atolls – South Kaafu, Alif Alif, Alif Dhaalu, Dhaalu, Raa, Baa, Lhaviyani, Noonu and North Kaafu – and will showcase the talents of some of the best futsal players against the scenic backdrop of the Maldives archipelago.
The Teckers Resort Cup, organised annually by Teckers, has become a key event for the resort in the Maldives sporting calendar.
Raising the appeal of futsal in the luxury tourism sector, the tournament will see over 50 leading resorts compete in heated matches over two months for the prestigious title of Futsal Champions, further raising the profile of the Maldives’ resort industry.
