Sun Siyam Iru Veli recently hosted renowned author and hospitality industry expert Kiruba Shankar for two three-hour training sessions on the topic, “From Reviews to Revenue: Leveraging Guest Feedback to Build Brand Loyalty, Maximize Revenue Potential and Deliver Service Excellence.”
The session was part of Sun Siyam Iru Veli’s Leadership Learning and Empowerment Programme (LLEP) and was attended by executives, managers, assistant managers, specialists, supervisors and departmental trainers from both Sun Siyam Iru Veli and its neighbouring sister property, Sun Siyam Vilu Reef.
Kiruba Shankar conducted the training based on his latest book, Reviews to Revenue, providing simple yet market-proven strategies to effectively monitor and respond to online reviews, encourage positive feedback from guests, handle negative reviews constructively, and leverage reviews as a marketing tool to attract more guests.
