8:30 AM: Retail Sales May retail sales figures are due to be released. The consensus is that retail sales will increase by 0.3%.

10:00 AM: June NAHB Home Builder SurveyThe forecast is for 46, up from last month’s 45. A reading above 50 indicates more builders think sales are poor than those who think they are good.

8:30 AM ET: Housing starts For May.

8:30 AM: Unemployment claims (weekly) The report is coming out. The consensus is for new claims to be 240,000, down from 242,000 last week.
8:30 AM: Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Survey The consensus forecast for June is 4.5, unchanged from last month’s 4.5.

10 am: Existing Home Sales The National Association of Realtors (NAR) announced the number of home sales in May. The consensus forecast was 4.1 million, down from 4.14 million last year.
