Digital Care, a Poland-based device protection and services company, Bolt Tech Poland.
This is from Bolt Tech Acquisition In October 2023, it announced the acquisition of DigitalCare for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 2012, Digital Care has been delivering customer-centric solutions for the device lifecycle in Poland and multiple markets in Asia, Europe and Africa.
The rebranding marks Bolttech’s expanding presence in Europe by offering comprehensive embedded device solutions and is part of its strategy to expand into four new markets in EMEA: Poland, Croatia, Lithuania and South Africa.
The name change will not affect Digital Care’s existing services or contracts – all partnerships and customer-facing services will continue as usual.
