Fargo, North Dakota-based Case IH and New Holland’s partnership with CNH Industrial means Case IH and New Holland customers can now view supported vehicles equipped with Razor Tracking devices on the same platform.
CNH partnered with Razor Tracking to develop an integrated system that allows customers’ equipment and tracked assets to be viewed together on either the Razor Tracking platform or CNH’s platform (AFS Connect for Case IH customers and MyPLMConnect for New Holland customers).
“This is all about making life easier for our customers,” says Dan Danford, precision technology partner manager at CNH. “We’re helping streamline farm management demands by allowing our customers to view their Case IH and New Holland vehicles in Razor Tracking and see all of their assets being tracked on the connected platform.”
This integration allows Razor Tracking and CNH customers to monitor equipment, service vehicles and non-powered equipment on either platform. In addition to GPS location verification, Razor Tracking devices also provide vehicle VIN, fuel level, time, location ping, engine running, location history, direction and speed when available.
According to the company, since 2019, Razor Tracking has been expanding its product offering to provide an open data platform and enable partners and resellers to incorporate Razor Tracking technology into their own platforms or deploy it through their reseller program.
