Previously the Resort Manager at Lily Beach, in his new role, Laurent is focused on maintaining standards and delivering a delightful guest experience in the spirit of Lily. Coming from the food and beverage industry, Laurent is committed to maintaining the unparalleled quality of the renowned Platinum Plan. Working closely with the talented kitchen team and Executive Chef Antonio, the team at Lily Beach is constantly striving to improve the quality of the cuisine. Laurent is also excited to announce that the restaurant has recently received the prestigious Wine Spectator Award as a testament to culinary excellence, with even greater accolades on the horizon.
Ali Arshad, who works closely with Laurent to drive revenue within the resort and enhance the guest experience, began his career as a receptionist before moving into his current role. His career has included roles such as In-Villa Dining, Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager and Butler Manager at Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa before becoming Front Office Manager at Lily Beach.
Arshad’s commitment to excellence has been evident throughout his career, where he has consistently demonstrated his passion for the tourism industry and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
