Ant International Acquired Amsterdam-based payment services provider MultiSafepay Antom The company, a division of Payment and Digitalization Services Provider, did not disclose financial details of the transaction.
The acquisition is aimed at strengthening payment solutions and digital services for small and medium-sized businesses across Europe.
MultiSafepay offers an omnichannel payment service connecting over 40 international payment methods including cards, e-wallets, buy now and pay later options.
Operating in over 40 markets and supporting payments in over 100 currencies, Antom will also provide additional marketing and digitisation services, providing further growth opportunities for local and regional businesses.
The strategic partnership will enable MultiSafepay to leverage Antom’s advanced technology to expand its product portfolio and increase coverage of SME merchants in Europe.
Founded in 1999, MultiSafepay has simplified payments for small businesses and provided solutions to over 18,000 businesses.
