DOL (Department of Labor) report:
During the week ending July 6th, Seasonally adjusted new claims were 222,000.The weekly average was 17,000 cases lower than the previous week’s revised figure. The previous week’s average was revised upward by 1,000 cases to 239,000 from 238,000. The four-week moving average was 233,500, down 5,250 cases from the previous week’s revised figure. The previous week’s average was revised upward by 250 cases to 238,750 from 238,500.
