German bank Solaris SE has failed to fix its controls for years and could be fined if it misses the deadline, Bloomberg reported. Solaris has not fully remedied the issues it was ordered to address by 2022 and new problems have emerged since then, the country’s financial regulator BaFin said in a statement on January 14, 2021.
