NORTHBROOK, Ill., July 18, 2024 – The Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) today announced estimated catastrophe losses of $230 million in June, with after-tax losses of $182 million.
Catastrophe losses in June included 18 events, primarily related to widespread wind and hail damage, estimated at a total of $274 million. Total catastrophe losses for the second quarter were $2.12 billion before taxes and $1.67 billion after taxes, for cumulative June total catastrophe losses of $2.85 billion before taxes and $2.25 billion after taxes.
