Arta Finance, a US-based digital family office for accredited investors, announced that it has received a capital markets services license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
The platform is expected to open to Singapore residents and other investors later this year, and interested parties can join a waiting list. here.
The launch follows Arta expanding its product lineup and emerging from stealth in 2022 with more than S$120 million in funding from investors including Peak XV, Ribbit and Coatue.
Arta Finance provides access to financial strategies and investment opportunities typically only available to the ultra-high net worth individuals.
The company provides access to alternative assets, liquidity through credit facilities, and AI-driven investments in public markets.
Members can benefit from Arta’s ecosystem of financial and lifestyle experts, aiming to reduce administrative burdens and high fees.
Arta members can access alternative investments such as private equity and venture capital, with investments starting from S$10,000.
It also uses AI to create personalized, automated portfolios and enables direct indexing for risk management.
The platform runs on Google Cloud and employs advanced encryption, as well as biometric and hardware-based authentication methods.
Arta is headquartered in Singapore and the US and has partnered with BNY Pershing to provide custody services.
