Royal Island Resort & Spa, a Villa Resorts company, has appointed Nasrullah Ali as its new General Manager. With over 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Nasrullah Ali brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
A native of the Maldives, Nasrullah has had a successful career in the hospitality industry, having held senior management positions at renowned luxury brands such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, One&Only Resorts, Velaa Private Island, Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Coco Collection and Radisson Hotels. He began his career in the industry in 1994 as a receptionist and night auditor at Ifuru Tourist Resort (now Dawa Ihuru Maldives) and most recently served as Assistant General Manager at SAii Lagoon Maldives.
Known for his dedication to quality and guest satisfaction, Nasrullah is recognized as an outstanding trainer and manager with international experience working in luxury hotels in Qatar, UAE, Thailand, USA and Malaysia.
In his new role at Royal Island Resort & Spa, Nasrullah is expected to lead the resort to new heights with a focus on enhancing the guest experience and maintaining the resort’s renowned service standards. His appointment is seen as a strategic move to further cement the resort’s position as a premier tourist destination in the Maldives.
