BBM, one of the leading resort suppliers in the Maldives, hosted a series of training sessions and product demonstrations in collaboration with globally renowned brand DREIDOPPEL, which specializes in developing and manufacturing high-quality flavours and products for bakeries.
This series of training sessions, held from 30 July to 8 August 2024, was a valuable opportunity for baking chefs, pastry chefs and culinary teams from resorts, hotels, restaurants and cafes to learn the most convenient and advanced baking techniques for confectionery products.

Master Pastry Chef Frankie Robin, known worldwide for his innovative and committed approach, led a series of hands-on sessions and demonstrations. His vast experience and frequent collaborations have significantly influenced many chefs and culinary trends, showcasing the ease of use, time savings and cost optimization that can be achieved in the pastry kitchen sector by utilizing the Dreidoppel product line, which includes products such as crème brulée, vigneattas, mousses, jams and fillers for bakery products.
