In March 2021, the elementary school student, referred to in legal papers as “BB,” drew a sketch depicting multiple people of different races and “three classmates and himself holding hands,” the family’s lawsuit states. stateOn top of the picture, BB wrote “Black Lives Matter” (chic) slogan with the words “Every Life” written underneath it.
BB then gave the drawing to one of her black classmates in order to comfort him (as she later testified).
words Any life Of course, it’s similar to the phrase “all lives matter.” Controversial rebuttal The Black Lives Matter movement spread following the murder of George Floyd in 2020.
The similarity, whether the first-grader realized it or not, quickly got BB in trouble: On the same day she painted it, she was told by the school’s principal, Jesus Becerra, that the drawing was “inappropriate” and possibly “racist.” (The parties dispute whether Becerra told BB that the drawing was “racist”; the defense argues that BB’s testimony on the matter is contradictory.)

In 2009, Microsoft agreed to give security software makers the same level of access to Windows that Microsoft gets.”
