These rankings are derived from a composite score based on four main criteria:
- Sentiment score measures how favorable users feel about a particular company and is based on an analysis of positive and negative discussions.
- Market Share Discussion Score evaluates the amount of discussion about a particular company relative to the total amount of discussion about all companies in its sector, which indicates how much attention a company is receiving compared to its competitors.
- The interaction score measures the level of interactions (likes, shares, comments) related to discussions about your company compared to the overall interactions across all companies, reflecting how actively users are engaging with content related to your company.
- The Reach score evaluates the reach of your business’ discussions – how widely your business’ discussions are being shared and viewed.
