Prudential is Google Cloud Adopt AI-driven products and applications designed to improve customer, agent and employee experiences.
The collaboration will support the launch of Prudential’s new AI lab, which will initially focus on improving access to healthcare and operational efficiency.
The AI lab, scheduled to open later this year, PrudentialAdoption of advanced AI technologies such as machine learning and generative AI.
The lab will provide Prudential’s 15,000 employees with the tools and a structured environment to develop scalable AI products.
The initiative is designed to drive progress in key areas including improving customer experience, optimizing technology-driven distribution and expanding access to affordable healthcare.
Google Cloud is leveraging its health-specific AI expertise to support these efforts, with a particular focus on improving operational processes and enabling personalized customer experiences.
The Singapore-based AI Lab will also collaborate with educational institutions, research centres, start-ups and AI experts.
The partnership builds on Prudential and Google Cloud’s existing relationship, established in 2019, and is aimed at advancing digital transformation efforts across Asia and Africa.
