ShipEngine for Platforms Launches in the UK Marine enginesThe shipping API company has launched ShipEngine for Platforms in the UK, bringing pre-integrated solutions to e-commerce platforms. Delivery Components Built directly into your software: eCommerce platforms can offer merchants a shipping experience built into their product workflow without the need for custom software development. ShipEngine for Platforms is powered by ShipEngine Elements, which provides address validation, price comparison, shipping service selection, and label printing directly into your system.
ClearSale launches retail fraud prevention tool. Clear Salea business intelligence and risk prevention platform, has released a portfolio of fraud prevention tools for digital retail. The Preventative Intel suite introduces three solutions – Instant Decision, Automatic Decision and Complete Decision – to provide tools to prevent, address and protect against fraud. According to ClearSale, Instant Decision works in real time; Automatic Decision identifies fraud and provides accurate decisions and notifications; and Complete Decision auto-approves valid orders, blocks fraud and flags suspicious orders.
E-commerce search provider GroupBy releases Enrich AI. GroupingGroupBy, a provider of AI-first search and product discovery for B2C and B2B retail, has launched Enrich AI, a product data enrichment platform. Leveraging generative AI algorithms and GroupBy’s retail expertise, Enrich AI helps retailers create rich shopping experiences with enriched product data. By automating complex data enrichment tasks, Enrich AI extracts, standardizes and enriches data. Product data Catalogs can be categorized at scale based on attributes, descriptions, and images, making catalog management easier.
Moneris has expanded its partnership with Wix for an all-in-one payments service. Monerisa Canadian provider of mobile, online and in-store commerce tools, Wix Introducing Moneris Total Commerce, an omnichannel point-of-sale solution. Retailers purchase hardware, including Moneris Go smart terminals and tablets, then connect the device and log into their Wix account. This launch follows Moneris’ partnership with Wix to introduce Moneris Online, an all-in-one e-commerce platform.
Klarna launches personal accounts and cashback rewards. Klarna, Buy now, pay later The provider, Klarna, has launched two products for everyday spending. The first, Klarna Balance, allows consumers to deposit money into their Klarna account from their bank account, cashback rewards, or refunds. The second, Cashback, rewards consumers for shopping through the Klarna app. Shoppers earn a percentage of their purchases at participating retailers, and the money is stored in their Klarna Balance account.
Customer support platform Zendesk has launched Relay for bulk messaging. ZendeskMeta, an AI-powered customer support platform, has launched its messaging app Relay for WhatsApp and SMS. Relay enables businesses to connect with customers at scale using WhatsApp outgoing messages and manage all conversations natively in Zendesk. Businesses can customize messages for specific customer segments using dynamic content and target audience data. Admins can create custom message templates directly within Zendesk and submit them to Meta for approval.
Inmar Post-Purchase Solutions partners with FedEx Office to expand return drop-off locations. Inmar Post-Purchase Solutions The company announced that it will add 2,000 drop-off locations. FedEx Office Inmar Post-Purchase Solutions provides e-commerce services with locations throughout the continental United States. Digital financial services platform Zip teams up with Stripe in the US ZipThe digital financial services company has announced its integration as a payment method for retailers in the United States. stripeEligible merchants can enable Zip as a payment method with one click. Merchants who leverage Stripe’s checkout interfaces, like Payment Element or Checkout, can enable Zip without code through their Stripe dashboard. Zip is available to merchants in Australia and will be available to US merchants later this year.
Resecurity introduces AI-powered fraud prevention. Additionally, the platform enables marketplaces to identify fraudulent listings, fake reviews, and unauthorized transactions to maintain the integrity of the marketplace and protect buyers and sellers.
Xero releases inventory management software. zeroThe accounting platform for small and medium-sized businesses has released Inventory Plus management software for US companies. Inventory Plus helps companies Inventory Management Across multiple locations and sales channels, including Amazon Fulfillment.
