King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSHRC) is participating in the conference for the second consecutive year with a focus on leveraging knowledge to guide clinical practice and develop new knowledge that benefits learners, patients and the community.
KFSHRC uses the latest medical education technologies, including virtual simulations and interactive learning tools, to enhance trainees’ clinical judgment skills. This integrated approach improves the quality of clinical training and helps medical professionals meet the demands of the medical field both locally and internationally.
Dr. Essam Al Bunyan, Director General of Education and Training at KFSHRC, noted that participation in this global scientific event will enable them to build new knowledge partnerships, exchange expertise with leading international institutions, and contribute to developing medical capacities to meet future challenges.
Dr Ali Al Shafri, vice president of academic and training at KFSHRC, said the hospital will showcase programs focused on integrating technology into medical education, such as simulation techniques and innovations in clinical training. It will also include showcasing success stories in developing academic curricula, adopting innovative teaching methods and discussing the challenges facing medical education and how to address them in line with global best practices.
