All-villa resort One&Only Reethi Rah has announced its Culinary Arts Series, which will run until the end of the year. From charred chillies to fresh lobster and salmon en croute, some of today’s most notable Michelin-starred chefs will showcase culinary diversity and regional flair at culinary pop-ups around the island. A different chef will take the helm roughly each month until December 2024, creating sustainable menus infused with the finest ingredients.

The exciting line-up of culinary masters continues with Chef Andrew Walsh, founder of Singapore’s revolutionary Michelin-starred restaurant, Cure, who will showcase global influences and contemporary cooking techniques. Chef Andrew will take over the menu at Fire Restaurant and host an exclusive dinner for four on the beach.

Chef Mauro Colagreco, owner of Singapore’s world-class restaurant Mirazur, will host a series of exclusive culinary pop-ups in Singapore. A native of Buenos Aires, Chef Mauro’s style is a blend of his Italian and Argentinian heritage, French culinary training and dedication to using sustainable ingredients. His innovative approach to fine cuisine blends exceptional culinary skills with traditional and beloved flavours.
