With over 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry both in the Maldives and globally, Lucas brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success that perfectly aligns with the resort’s commitment to delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
Lucas has an extensive and impressive career in the hospitality industry having held key roles in renowned luxury hotels across Europe, South Asia and the Far East, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Group General Manager at Teardrop Boutique Management in Sri Lanka where he successfully managed multiple luxury brands and led the company through a major rebranding and restructuring effort.
“Lukas has previously held key leadership roles at Aman Resorts’ Amanfayun in China, where he was instrumental in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, and is well-versed in luxury hospitality in the Maldives, having previously worked at The Standard, Fulvali Maldives. He is perfectly at home at the new resort in Shaviyani Atoll, and the entire team at Sirru Fen Fushi is looking forward to welcoming him.
