Backbase has implemented a digital banking platform for MyState Bank in Australia to support the bank’s future growth and improve its digital services.
The platform currently supports MyState’s personal digital banking capabilities, including personal financial management, payments including Pay ID and digital wallets, and integrated threat and fraud prevention capabilities.
It also includes a system for managing restrictions and notifications across all channels, with a focus on providing a safe and user-friendly experience.
MyState Bank Back Base We will update our digital services with the aim of simplifying customer money management while maintaining strong security measures.
The platform’s design allows for integration with other technologies used by the bank, ensuring a smooth transition and increased functionality.
