From 13-14 November 2024, The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Island will welcome fine dining visionary Chef Rolf Vliegauf. The Swiss-born two-star Michelin chef is known for his attention to detail and masterful flavour pairings. Chef Rolf will offer guests exclusive opportunities to experience his culinary artistry through activities such as big game fishing expeditions, followed by unforgettable dining experiences that seamlessly blend innovation with the rich, natural flavours of the Maldives.
Cocktail artistry at its finest: Wax On and Cambridge Public House
The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Island will host Wax On from 22-23 November 2024. Ranked 29th in the World’s 50 Best Bars, Wax On is renowned for its inventive mixology and bold flavours. This exclusive event will bring the vibrant spirit of Berlin’s eclectic cocktail scene to the resort, offering guests the opportunity to experience some of the world’s best cocktails in a breathtaking island setting.
