PayPal partners with Shopify Payments in the US PayPal We have expanded our partnership with Shopify In the United States, PayPal will be added as an online credit and debit card processor. Shopify Payments Through PayPal Complete Payments, a service for marketplaces and platforms, PayPal wallet transactions will be integrated into Shopify Payments in the U.S. to streamline management of orders, payments, reporting, and chargeback flows. This enhancement provides a single, unified experience for PayPal and Shopify merchants.
TD launches e-commerce platform for Canadian small businesses. TD Bank Group We launched TD eCommerce Solutions, a customizable e-commerce platform for Canadian small businesses. At launch, Big Commerceis available to all new and existing TD Business Banking customers and offers accounting, Search Engine Optimizationfraud detection, multiple payment acceptance services and more. TD customers enjoy same-day deposits and streamlined invoicing, so businesses can manage multi-party payments.
Alibaba’s logistics arm Cainiao launches next-day delivery in Europe. CainyaoAlibaba-affiliated global e-commerce logistics provider, express In addition to China, the company now operates in 10 other countries and regions around the world. Cainiao Europe currently offers next-day delivery in its home country for €2 (approximately $2.25), as well as a three-day delivery option for the rest of Europe for €3-5. Amazon ads will appear in the Rufus shopping assistant. To help shoppers discover more products, Amazon may insert ads. Rufusa generative AI-powered shopping assistant. Walmart Marketplace and Parafin team up for seller financing. Walmart Marketplace and paraffin Walmart announced an initiative to provide financing to sellers through the Walmart Marketplace Capital program. Qualified sellers can access funds through Parafin, an approved Walmart Marketplace Solutions Provider, to help them scale their businesses and prepare for the upcoming holiday retail season. Parafin provides lending services and uses machine learning to analyze sales data from millions of businesses to determine eligibility and terms.

Amazon has launched an emission-free “last-mile tram” in Germany. Amazon Working with partners, the company will use a freight tram to deliver parcels to the center of Frankfurt, where they will then complete the delivery on an electric cargo bike. Zero exhaust gases The transport route from the delivery station to the customer is part of a joint study conducted by Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt am Main Transport Authority, and Intermodal City Injections, a joint project of Amazon Transportation Services and Amazon’s logistics team.

DNA Payments serves merchants in the UK, helping them accept transactions via point-of-sale devices, websites and payment links, or over the phone.
Google adds dresses to its AI shopping tool. Google Expanding Virtual try-on Even dresses. Shoppers can now visualize dresses from hundreds of brands in Google’s Shopping Graph. Shoppers search for dresses on Google and click on a style with a “Try on” badge. From there, they can see how the outfit looks on real models in a range of sizes, from XXS to XXXL. They can then choose a dress and click to the retailer’s site to buy.
