Under the theme “The Power of Productivity”, around 1,300 exhibitors from 40 countries will bring together the world’s largest collection of sheet metal processing technologies designed to boost performance and efficiency. With a total area of over 160,000 square metres, the event will feature a packed event programme, including an abundance of live demonstrations, product premieres, expert talks, guided visitor tours, the prestigious EuroBLECH Awards and a Career Day to develop young talent.
EuroBLECH is the world’s leading destination for sourcing sheet metal processing technology. The 2024 edition will once again offer a unique visitor experience at the heart of the industry, kicking off four days of intensive product sourcing, networking and learning. A strong supplier base from around the world will cover the entire supply chain in 15 different technology sectors, with thousands of exhibits and live machinery on display across nine exhibition halls. This year’s event is focused on addressing the latest productivity solutions to boost productivity and efficiency, as reflected in the 2024 show’s motto: “The Power of Productivity”.
“We are currently witnessing rapid developments in automation, robotics, AI and IoT devices,” explains Evelyn Warwick, EuroBLECH Event Director, on behalf of RX. “Digitalization, connectivity and big data are playing a key role here, increasing efficiency, precision and real-time adjustments within production processes. This year’s EuroBLECH will be the place to look for guidance on how to meaningfully utilize these groundbreaking technologies in your own production. Making the right informed choices is key to unlocking the true ‘power of productivity’ in terms of output, performance, cost and sustainability.”

This year’s event will welcome many start-ups and newcomers alongside well-known global companies, giving visitors exclusive access to a wider range of fresh ideas and technologies than ever before. Besides Germany, the main exhibiting countries in 2024 will be Italy, Turkey, China, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, India, Finland, France and the USA. Around 64 percent of exhibitors will be based outside Germany.
A total of 76 companies have been shortlisted for the prestigious EuroBLECH 2024 Awards, one of the most renowned industry prizes for outstanding achievements in driving technological excellence and innovation. The six winners will be honoured at the official awards ceremony, which will take place at 5pm on the first day of the exhibition, in the presentation area of Hall 27. Six trails full of cutting-edge innovations are waiting to be explored in each of the award categories: Stamping & Forming Technologies, Cutting Technologies, Joining Technologies, Surface Technologies, Automation & Handling and Sustainability.
For visitors who want to further explore the transformative power of innovation, EuroBLECH offers a selection of guided visitor tours focusing on productivity solutions from companies such as Amada, Libellula, OTC DAIHEN Europe, Panasonic Connect Europe, RICO-Thomas Castro Silva, SEYI Presses Europe, Voortman Steel Machinery and Wila. Each stop will feature short presentations and question-and-answer sessions from exhibitor representatives. Tours can be booked online.
The popular Speakers Forum will return, featuring expert talks and presentations on key topics including automation, robotics, cobots, IoT and the industrial metaverse. Sessions will run parallel to the exhibition in the presentation areas of Halls 26 and 27. A special panel discussion will look at “Automation as a solution to alleviate the skilled labor shortage” on Wednesday 23 October at 3pm in Hall 26. More details on speakers and topics will be released closer to the exhibition.
