Advance figures for the week ending September 28 are: Initial seasonally adjusted claims were 225,000an increase of 6,000 cases from the previous week’s revised value. Last week’s level was revised upward by 1,000 cases, from 218,000 to 219,000. The four-week moving average was 224,250, 750 fewer than the previous week’s revised average. Last week’s average was revised upward by 250 people, from 224,750 to 225,000.
