Available from early November at the highest bar in all of Venice, Skyline’s menu offers a new cocktail menu that will surprise and delight every palate this fall and winter. From martinis blended with cinnamon and pear to Negronis adorned with Campari caviar, the menu offers cocktail lovers the ultimate way to warm up, unwind and take in the views in true Dolce Vita style this season .
A truly immersive experience for all five senses, the menu is the brainchild of Skyline’s new bar manager Valentina Mircea and includes a QR code that allows guests to virtually watch the mixology team create their cocktails before they are served.
