Orelle is kicking off the Christmas season with an exclusive partnership with world-renowned champagne producer Laurent Perrier, a new Christmas cocktail menu and a refurbished rooftop bar area.
Birmingham’s iconic Skyline restaurant, Orel, is kicking off the festivities with a limited edition seasonal menu in collaboration with Laurent Perrier.
Laurent Perrier, a family-run Champagne house, has been a pioneer and innovator in the Champagne industry for many years. Since the 1950s, Laurent Perrier has created a collection of wines that emphasize freshness, finesse and elegance, designed to perfectly complement French cuisine.
Guests can enjoy Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut by the glass or bottle, or share a bottle of Laurent Perrier La Cuvée, Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle Iteration No 26, Laurent Perrier Heritage or Laurent Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature. Masu.
This exclusive partnership will continue through January and will feature a new bar featuring perfect pairings such as Jersey Rock Oysters with Mignonette Dressing, Truffle and Parmesan Frites, Warm Comté Gougères Aged for 24 Months, and Charcuterie Platters. A snack menu is also included.
Champagne and new bar snacks will be served on Orel’s stunning rooftop bar area, with unparalleled panoramic views of Birmingham city and beyond. To accommodate additional guests for sightseeing, Orelle gave the bar area a new look in time for Christmas, adding eight new poseur tables and 24 stools.
The new and improved Skyline has also launched a special Christmas cocktail menu. golden baubleinspired by the twinkling Christmas lights of Colmore Row and beyond.
golden baubleCreated by Orelle’s own mixologist, Tiago Bastos, a delicious blend of spiced rum, coconut water, and cold brew coffee liqueur is complemented by decadent white chocolate and hints of warm cinnamon spice.
Additional Christmas cocktails include: terry orange Featuring cognac, amaro dark chocolate and orange foam, it’s a twist on the iconic Christmas chocolate treat. ginger snowball The creamy richness of Advocaat is combined with the warm tones of white vermouth, lime juice, cinnamon syrup and ginger ale.
