UPS
- UPS Standard Domestic Service: Pickup is not available. Packages must be dropped off at an authorized UPS location.
- Expect service interruptions and delays across the network.
fedex
- Same-day express pickup: Temporarily suspended across Canada. Please reserve your next day pickup.
- Ontario Ground Service Transfers: Sales suspended in most Ontario markets until mid-next week.
- Ground service transfers outside of Ontario: Still available in BC, AB, QC and Maritimes.
- Expect service interruptions and delays across the network.

- Packages to remote locations may experience delays.
- Due to higher than normal shipping volumes, Canpar is experiencing the following delays in the shipping process.
-We are experiencing slowdowns and occasional timeouts in the online shipping process, which are intermittent.
-We are working with system administrators to ensure that shipping operations remain available and stable.
DHL
- There are no reported service interruptions at this time.
GLS
- GLS advises customers in Quebec and Ontario that shipments to the Atlantic Coast and Western Canada must be handed over to GLS by the dates listed below. All parcels bid after these dates will be delivered in January.
To ensure delivery to the following locations in December, packages from Quebec and Ontario must be bid by the following dates:
- british columbia: December 11th
- alberta: December 12th
- saskatchewan: December 12th
- Manitoba: December 12th
- Northwestern Ontario (Thunder Bay): December 12th
- newfoundland: December 11th
- nova scotia: December 18th
- new brunswick: December 18th
