Brian Moynihan celebrated his 15th anniversary as Bank of America’s chief executive this week, and talked about how he made the bank more efficient by automating tasks and reducing operations during his tenure. When Moynihan became CEO in 2010, the bank had 285,000 employees, he said on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” on Dec. 17.
