We recently expanded into India by invoicing in INR from January and setting up a warehouse in Gurgaon to reduce lead times. The company also appointed Vishal Chawla as managing director of India operations and hired channel partners in key industrial hubs. Initial response has been very positive, with customers praising innovative technologies such as shrink fit and Hawkeye®, with some reporting 25% increased tool life.
