This movement aims to expand the world -wide and financial services on a global -scale Paytm, which is planned to establish three new subsidiaries in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore through PCTL.
SEVEN TECHNOLOGY LLC is the parent company of DINIE CRESPLENTEBANCERIOEMEIOS DE PAGAMENTO LTDA, a Brazilian Fintech platform that provides digital financial services to Brazil MSME.
Following this announcement, the stock price of ONE97 Communications on the morning of February 3 rose by about 1 % and reached 750.75 (US $ 8.61) per share by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Later, the stock was closed at 743.60 (US $ 8.53) per share.
