The move marks a five-fold increase in investment in the bank’s physical network, transforming branches into wealth centres to support comprehensive wealth discussions with customers.
The new wealth centre will integrate elements of sustainability, technology and lifestyle to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
It aims to foster meaningful wealth conversations on topics such as asset creation, education, protecting family and planning for the next generation.
In line with HSBC’s net zero ambitions, the centre has achieved Green Mark Gold certification from the British Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
Wheelchair accessible countertops, flexible space use and automatic doors ensure full accessibility for all customers, including those with disabilities.
