OCBC is OCBC Partner Careis a new financial and personal wellness programme tailored to Singapore’s 35,000+ real estate agents.
This initiative is OCBC‘s network of real estate agents contributes significantly to its mortgage business.
The programme is worth up to S$5,000 per agent per year and offers preferential interest rates on home loans, discounts on Great Eastern insurance plans, bonus interest on referral fees credited to OCBC 360 accounts, access to wellness events, and more.
More than a third of Singapore’s real estate agents who are already registered with OCBC for mortgage referrals will be automatically enrolled and will be the first to benefit from the programme.
Because real estate agents are self-employed, they often don’t have access to the benefits offered to full-time employees.
OCBC PartnerCare fills this gap and has garnered strong support from the property industry, including endorsements from leading agencies such as the Singapore Association of Real Estate Agents, PropNex Realty and ERA.
Real estate agents who are not yet registered with OCBC OCBC Agent Portal.
OCBC PartnerCare leverages the strength of the OCBC Group to offer a comprehensive package of financial and personal wellbeing benefits.
These include preferential interest rates on home loans, big discounts on Great Eastern insurance plans, bonus interest rates on OCBC 360 accounts, rebates on transactions with OCBC Securities, and more.
Additionally, personal wellness benefits include access to customer meeting areas at select OCBC branches, seminars on market trends, wellness events and more.
