From Mannheim Consulting today: Used car wholesale prices fall in June
Used vehicle wholesale prices (mix-, mileage- and seasonally adjusted) declined in June compared to May. The Mannheim Used Vehicle Value Index (MUVVI) fell to 196.1, down 8.9% from a year ago.Seasonal adjustment to the index mitigated the monthly impact, resulting in a second consecutive month of decline of 0.6% from the previous month. Unadjusted prices in June were down 2.2% from May, and the average unadjusted price was down 10.0% from a year ago.

The Manheim Consulting index is based on all sales transactions completed at Manheim’s U.S. auctions.
Used-car prices fell in June (seasonally adjusted), down 8.9 percent from a year earlier, according to the Mannheim Index.
