Enric Reina Canitrot is a member of the Barceló Hotel Group’s management team and the newly appointed Deputy General Manager of Barceló Nasandra Malé. In her role, she will be responsible for working with internal teams and external partners to execute comprehensive sales and marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving sales initiatives. Tommy Sugen’s appointment as Cluster Finance Director recognises his extensive career spanning three decades. He has gained significant experience across various notable properties including JW Marriott Medan, Le Méridien Jakarta, Aman Resorts Indonesia, Six Senses in the Maldives and Bhutan, and Universal Resort Maldives. His role will be pivotal in overseeing financial operations and driving sustainable growth and profitability within the organisation. His extensive experience in the hospitality industry positions him to effectively contribute to the organisation’s strategic financial management and operational excellence.
A highly regarded professional in the Maldives, Mohamed Suna brings an extensive background to his new role as HR Cluster Director. With 18 years of dedicated experience in the hospitality sector, including notable positions at Hard Rock Indonesia, Gili Lankanfushi Maldives, Faarufushi Maldives, Lily Beach and Nova Maldives, Suna is ready to elevate human resource management standards and foster a culture of excellence within the organization. His expertise promises to drive significant improvements in employee engagement and operational efficiency.
