Patina Maldives in Fari Islands has partnered with the prestigious Real Madrid Foundation and worked closely with the Maldives Soccer Mates (MSM) Academy to host a Football Community Day on July 27. The event featured a hands-on training day with the renowned Real Madrid Foundation Clinic at Patina Maldives, highlighting the resort’s commitment to fostering community spirit and nurturing young talent through sport.

The event was attended by 12 12-year-old football enthusiasts from the Maldives Soccer Mates Academy. Set against the tranquil backdrop of Patina Maldives, the event provided a unique opportunity for children to hone their football skills and passion alongside their peers under the expert guidance of coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation.
Participants took part in intensive training sessions, received personal instruction and had access to official camp amenities, including soccer camp shirts, shorts, socks, drawstring bags, sweatbands and hats.
In addition to developing sports skills, the camp also emphasized core values such as discipline, teamwork and community spirit among the young athletes. This holistic approach not only nurtured their athletic skills but also fostered personal growth and friendships.
As part of its ongoing efforts to support the local community, Patina Maldives offered a special offer to Maldivian residents during the event: guests could stay in Patina Maldives’ Fari Studio for just USD 350* per night, including daily breakfast, shared round-trip transfers and accommodation for two adults and two children under 12 years old.
Additionally, a special rate of $195 USD per child per session will be applied to join the camp, allowing young talent to participate and develop.
