DOL (Department of Labor) report:
Seasonally adjusted initial jobless claims for the week ended July 27 were 249,000, up 14,000 from the previous week’s unrevised level of 235,000. The four-week moving average was 238,000, up 2,500 from the previous week’s unrevised average of 235,500.
